Cyberframe Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("we," "us," "our") operates the Cyber Track — Field Employee mobile application (the "App"), distributed on Google Play and the Apple App Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
The App is intended for use by employees of organizations that have engaged Cyberframe Infotech Pvt. Ltd. for field-workforce management services. Each employer ("Customer") is the data controller for the personal information collected from its employees through the App. Cyberframe acts as a data processor on the Customer's behalf.
When you log in, we collect your work email address, employee ID, full name, role, and the organization (Customer) you belong to. This is provided by your employer.
The App collects precise GPS location data:
Location data includes latitude, longitude, accuracy, speed, bearing, altitude (where available), and a timestamp.
When you choose to capture a journey photo, a check-in/check-out selfie, or a delivery proof photo, the App accesses the camera and stores the captured image, along with its GPS location and timestamp, on our servers as part of the journey/delivery record. The App does not access your existing photo library unless you explicitly tap the gallery option in the photo capture screen.
For diagnostics and battery management we collect: device model, OS version, App version, battery level and charging state, network type, push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), time zone, and crash/error logs.
Free-text notes you attach to journeys, check-ins, deliveries, expenses, or stops.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.

Cyber Track's core purpose is to record an accurate, continuous trail of an employee's official work journey. Without background location access:
For these reasons, background location is requested only after a journey has been started by the employee, and is used only to log location points to the journey owned by your organization. You may revoke background location access at any time in your device settings; if you do, journeys you start afterward will only record points while the App is in the foreground.
We do not share your data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms beyond the operational service providers above.
We retain personal data for as long as your employer's engagement with us is active, plus any retention period required by your employer or by applicable law. When the engagement ends, data is either returned to the Customer or deleted within a commercially reasonable period.
You may request deletion of your account or specific records by contacting your employer or by writing to us at the address below. Where we are a processor, we will action the request through your employer.
We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, access-controlled cloud storage, and authenticated APIs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact your employer first (the data controller) or contact us at the email below and we will assist.
The App is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email.
